The Arden Bed by Croft House is handmade locally in Los Angeles, California. The headboard and footboard are a modern combination of oak boards, and matte black, solid steel. The oak boards are attached to a single substrate, aligning the patchwork pieces into a sophisticated, and balanced surface. The natural wood is finished with our own custom stain, a rich, warm brown. Both headboard and footboard are then framed by matte black steel, adding clean modern lines to the naturally inviting wood surface. An extended headboard adds a distinct sense of scale to the pieces, balanced by the negative space at the top and bottom of the bed frame. The additional headboard surface area is home to two floating bedside tables. The rounded edges of the bedside table create a soft finish to the piece’s long, clean lines.
