The Projecteur was designed by Le Corbusier for the Chandigarh High Court in India in 1954. The body of the light is composed of painted aluminium, making this industrial design very light in weight. It has a curved glass diffuser with a sandblasted inner part. The screws and smaller metal parts are black chromed.
Charles-Édouard Jeanneret-Gris otherwise known as Le Corbusier, was a Swiss architect, artist, designer, urban planner and writer, best known for his achievements in modern architecture. His most important architectural works include Villa Savoye in Poissy (1929-1931), Unité d’Habitation in Marseille (1947-1952), the city of Chandigarh in India (1954) and Notre Dame du Haut in Ronchamp (1955).
Nemo Lighting was founded in Milan in 1993 by Franco Cassina. A part of Menu's Tribeca lighting series, the Warren was born when Rose traveled across the United States in search of beautiful old lamps. When he returned to his base in New York, he took the pieces apart and reassembled as he saw fit. In this way, the Warren melds modern aesthetics with the warmth of vintage pieces.

Arms and connection parts are made from solid brass or powder coated steel rod. The socket is painted ceramic. The brass is not lacquered so the metal will darken and patinate over time. Cord measures 196.8". Bulbs not included.
