The CH23 dining chair is one of the first five chairs Hans J. Wegner designed for Carl Hansen & Søn in 1950. Although the CH23 may appear uncomplicated at first, it incorporates many fine, sophisticated details, among them the elegant cruciform cover caps in the backrest, a unique hand-woven seat and backward arching rear legs that ensure optimal stability.
