Designed by Konstantin Grcic, the inspiration for Remo is derived from its aesthetic, the seat resembles a paddle or oar. Remo in Italian means "oar." The chairs' defining feature is a sophisticated interlocking joint that attaches the curved shell of the seat and the horizontal backrest to form a T shape.
