San Juan La Laguna Jaspe - Pastel

This textile was woven by an artisan from the lakeside village of San Juan la Laguna, Guatemala, using a time honored traditional method of weaving called the back-strap loom. This pillow features an intricate Guatemalan tie dye technique jaspe, and was made in partnership with a non-profit organization on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
