In 1986 Wiesel won the Nobel Prize for Peace, and soon after he and his wife, Marion, established The Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity, an organization created to ght indi erence, intolerance, and injustice.
Jean-Michel Berts has been a photographer since age sixteen. With his rst Rollei ex camera he became sensitive to the e ects of light. Today Berts enjoys an international reputation and exhibits his work at galleries in Berlin, Paris, London, New York, and Tokyo.
