The round and soft Artifort Andrea Chair was designed by the Swedish architects Claesson, Koivisto, and Rune. The dining and meeting chair complements the Palladio table family perfectly. The shape is like a blooming flower, equally pleasing to view from any angle and is very comfortable.
Because of its soft geometry and versatility in available fabrics and leg colors, the Andrea Chair blends in with any interior.
‘In the design, we have strived to achieve a soft, rather rounded, contemporary expression. It is proportioned to be both inviting and offers a high level of comfort’, Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto, and Ola Rune explain. ‘As well the sculptural qualities of the design, the main design feature is the way the legs rise up between the upholstered parts in a distinct fashion. This allows the possibility to play with fabrics in combination with the leg frame.’
