Introduced by Softline 1979 at the Milan Furniture Fair, the Coupe Series is an exciting chair range from the young designer, Stefano Sandona. The Coupe Series was awarded the Good Design Award in 2011 by the Chicago Antheneum Museum of Architecture and Design and the European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
In the Softline 1979 Coupe Series, Sandona uses a very wide range of bases to accent the plastic seat.  The seat shell itself is quite unique with a pattern of bent lines running through the scratch-resistant plastic material.  The Sigma's translucent seat material with a conical steel spider base makes it a cool dining or guest chair.
Made in Italy by Softline 1979.
