The Strike Chair was designed by the Bologna, Italy studio of AtelierNanni in 2017. In this fun and contemporary design, a solid wood base with rounded legs is used to give a light and airy feel. The back, somewhat reminiscent of an umpire's facemask, is made with a lacquered steel rod with wide gaps for plenty of light exposure through the chair.
