Description
This delightful tea bowl, or chawan, beautifully features sumi kannyu, a crackle glaze achieved by careful control of the raw materials which produce minute fractures on the outer surface of the glaze. The fractures are filled in with sumi, to highlight the unique crackling patterns.
Made in Japan.
