2oz gin 0.5oz Yes Cocktail Alpine Tonic Syrup 4oz carbonated water
Combine first two ingredients in a glass and stir gently to combine. Add ice and top off with carbonated water to taste. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
