The Cure
In a collins glass with ice:

Fill with soda or seltzer water Add 5-6 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters
Stir to combine Will help cure even the most vicious of hangovers!

Pumpkin Pisco Sour (Chef James Messiner, Seasons 52, Atlanta, GA)

Add all ingredients aside from Bitters into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds:
1½ ounce Crop Organic Pumpkin Spiced Vodka 1 ounce BarSol Pisco 1/2 ounce lemon juice 1/2 ounce lime juice 1½ ounce pasteurized egg whites 3/4 ounce simple syrup Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with 3 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters
