Description
The forms of these earthenware pitchers were based on a trio from early twentieth century Belgian basin sets, found at a favorite market in Paris and re-sculpted by an artisan in Sri Lanka. Their simplified classicism, expressed in facets and grand curves, convey a modernist ethos, and their generous proportions give them presence while serving drinks, holding flowers, or standing proud on the mantel.
