Sebaceous glands are microscopic organs in the skin that produce sebum, an oily substance made of fatty acids, sugars, waxes, and other natural chemicals that coat, moisturize, and protect your skin. Along with ceramides, they form a protective barrier against water evaporation and help protect the body against environmental damage. These glands cover a vast majority of the entire body, but are heavily distributed on the scalp and on your face! Smoother surfaces like the soles of your feet and the palms of your hand have fewer glands which is why we tend to be dried in those parts of the body. Since the body in general has less developed sebaceous glands than the face, it requires more moisturization. Our Ceramidin™ lightweight body lotion is designed to provide moisturized and protected skin for the whole body.
How to use

After a shower or a bath, apply a generous amount of nourishing ceramide lotion to the skin and massage in gently in circular motions.

Ceramide OP for protecting: manages and repairs current skin barrier condition to keep external irritants out.
