Description

The Walnut Stool was originally designed by in 1960. This premium reproduction is hand-crafted from solid ash and stained with a dark walnut finish. Each piece is produced from a single piece of solid hardwood, unlike many reproductions which are made from joined (laminated) wood pieces.
**Please note that owing to the natural material used (natural wood) in the stools, some discoloration and cracking may occur over time. This is a natural process that develops as the stool is trying to reach equilibrium with its environment (mainly the wood stool reacts differently with excess or lack of humidity). In order to strengthen the integrity of the stools, sometimes wood filler is used. However, this will not at all affect the function of the product.
