To determine your cuff size, measure the width of your wrist where you want the cuff to fit, then select the size that is slightly larger than your wrist measurement. The small size is the standard size we take to events and fits most.
Cuffs come in two thicknesses: thin and regular. The second image shows the two styles together, with the regular cuff on the left.
