Bariani California Balsamic Vinegar is produced in the traditional method from the juice of just-harvested California zinfandel and cabernet grapes, boiled down to create the must, and then fermented slowly over a minimum of 6 years in wooden casks made of oak, mulberry, and ash. Its complex and semi-sweet flavor make it a favorite in salads, with peaches or as a vinaigrette.
