We love it when you wear your Jane Win coins 24/7 😊 and sometimes that can mean they need some extra attention. Our pieces are silver plated in 14k gold and the plating should not be exposed to water, perfumes or lotions. Plated pieces do not last forever but we LOVE that you have worn through the plating, it means the coin is well loved :). We offer a replating service one time per coin.  This includes: label for you to send your coin back, replating in 14k gold, the shipment of the piece back to you.

This service is for Original and small coins only, no charms or other product.

Please send the coin only as we do not replate chains. You can purchase new chains ( here).

Your coin will be returned to you with a new layer of 14k gold. The nicks and bumps that it has lovingly endured will still be there, but with no discoloration or loss of gold color.

Once you purchase the service you will receive an email with instructions and a label.

Your coin will be returned to you in 4-6 weeks, you will receive an email with tracking when it is on it’s way back.

We can only replate your coin one time.
