The Fiber’s seat consists of an innovative composition with plastic and up to 25% wood fibers. The wood fiber and plastic blend is injected into a mold, forming the chair’s shell. Upholstered versions have foam and fabric glued to the shell’s surface and stapes using a pipe on the edges. This ensures a smooth and tight surface. Wood base is cut from solid oak and wet lacquered. Tube base and sled base are CNC-bent and powder-coated steel. Swivel base is die cast aluminum. Online availability is based on items stocked in the US. This item is also available in a range of fabric and leather options, with front-upholstery only, and custom colors.
