“Koura is the Maori name for the small fresh water shrimps that live in our rivers. They curl up in this shape. This shape is mirrored again in the similar woven traps used for catching them. Our kitsets significantly reduce freighting, which is one of our ways of doing what we can to help preserve our beautiful sea and land environments.” - David Trubridge

Made of natural (untreated) bamboo ply. The flat pack kit includes the plastic assembly clips, a round white ceiling canopy and a 10' electrical cord with bulb socket that fits standard 100 watt, 120 volt incandescent bulbs.

The Koura Pendant is available in the indicated colors, with Side A / Side B. Images show Side A on the outside and Side B on the inside, but all pendants can be assembled with sides A and B swapped. All painted colors are available with Caramel at an additional cost. Custom colors are also available at an additional cost and extended lead time.
