The beadwork is hand stitched by Maasai women who are able to stay at home with their families while crafting their incredible products. Abby Alley works exclusively with artisan cooperatives that provide fair wages, safe working environments, and work with ethically sourced materials. Through these selected groups, their artisan makers are paid three times the standard rate for their bag making and beadwork in the region.
