Each bowl is made individually from wheel-thrown porcelain, are stable and tactile to the touch and enjoyable to use. Glazed with a black or white matt glaze to stoneware kiln temperatures they are marble-like in their feel. Designed as salt and pepper pinchers for the table.

Jo Davies has been a ceramist for over 10 years. She trained in ceramics at Bath School of Art and then at the Royal College of Art. She is an award-winning ceramicist who teaches at university level and exhibits internationally. Her work is a combination of wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques; many of her designs are created by delicately constructing wheel-thrown component parts.
