Ginger: Each batch of MOTHER shrub ginger contains Virginia-made, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, pounds of fresh ginger, and organic cane sugar. Add a splash to a cup of hot water to make a soothing elixir. Make a spicy ginger ale by mixing with sparkling water.
Black Cherry: Mother shrub Black Cherry is a combination of Virginia-made organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar, pressed juice from organic black cherries, and organic cane sugar.
Grapefruit: Grapefruit shrub mimosa anyone? A simple twist to the classic brunch cocktail. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit, add tequila, or tonic to make a delish beverage. You can even add a splash to beer in place of a traditional squeeze of citrus. Ingredients: organic grapefruit juice and pulp, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, organic cane sugar.

Cranberry: MOTHER shrub Cranberry is a combination of unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar,  juice from pressed cranberries, and unrefined organic cane sugar. A perfectly balanced tart and sweet combination delicious splashed in champagne, prosecco, hard seltzer, hard cider, or sparkling cider. Drizzle over berries and pound cake. Mix with vodka to make shrubbed-up versions of the classic Cosmopolitan or Cape Codder. Add to sparkling cider with a squeeze of lime for an easy spirit-free cocktail.
