Includes a usage manual with diagrams and care instructions

Directions: 1. Using the black bristles, brush each finger 3 times from knuckle to nail. 2. Brush 3 times times from web to wrist holding brush vertically. 3. Brush 5 times from wrist moving up wards to forearm using whole. 4. Stimulate and press each fingertip for 5 seconds using a rocking motion. 5. Apply pressure in the center of palm for 10 seconds using a rocking motion. 6. Brush in a circular motion from center of palm to outer edges using the brown bristles. 7. Dividing the hand into 3 zones, brush from wrist to fingertips 3 times in each zone using the whole brush.
