Nike unisex limited edition standard fit white and "Smoke" grey recycled synthetic leather mid top retro basketball sneaker. First released in 1972 as a performance basketball sneaker and named after the NBA's Portland Trailblazers, the Blazer was made famous by the San Antonio Spurs' star George "The Iceman" Gervin, whose nickname was emblazoned on the heel of his player exclusive pairs. The original Nike Blazer showcased a premium crafted upper attached to the sole through a superior vulcanizing process that only a few Japanese factories could do at a time. Made from at least 20% recycled content by weight, including some Nike Grind rubber in the outsole, a 100% recycled felt Swoosh logo, and recycled synthetic leather on the upper.
