By using the mask, you waive any claims against Pair of Thieves. Care should be taken in the way that you put on or remove your mask, as improper use could increase the risk of infection. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth when removing their face covering and wash your hands immediately after removing your mask. Cloth masks should be routinely washed in a washing machine.
You should continually check for guidance provided by the FDA and CDC regarding the continued use of cloth face masks, including whether any emergency use authorizations are removed or modified. The use of cloth face masks has been authorized by FDA under an emergency use authorize for use by the general public to help prevent the spread of infection or illness during the COVID-19 pandemic. Use of cloth face masks for this purpose is authorized for the duration of the declaration while circumstances exist justifying the authorization of its emergency use.
