Heats water to the Specialty Coffee Industry target temp (197.6F-204.8F)
Hot plate keeps the coffee warm without burning or compromising flavor
Hot Plate shuts off automatically after 30 minutes

New iced coffee mode

To brew a gorgeous cup or carafe of iced coffee, simply switch Otto 2.0 to iced coffee mode, fill your Chemex carafe with ice and brew your coffee with Otto 2.0
