How it works

Each month, we send two exclusive micro-batch bars and a third bar from our current collection that pairs perfectly with the theme of the month. Each month's bars are delivered in our First Nibs shipper box along with a welcome card and tasting notes from our Head Chocolate Maker, Nate Hodge. If you'd like, we'll even include a handwritten gift note; just select the gift note option at checkout!

We ship every batch on or around the 15th of the month. If you order between the 1st and 15th, your order will ship on the 15th; if you order between the 15th and the end of the month, your order will ship out within 2 business days. In general, you will always receive the FN box from the month you ordered in. Be sure to enter the receiver's address for shipping and we'll take care of the rest. The first batch of each gift subscription is sent in a soft touch peach gift box.

We make uncommonly delicious chocolate that captures the brighter, bolder, and fruitier side of cacao. We make every bar from scratch with unroasted cacao beans, transparently sourced from growers we trust and admire. Made from bean-to-bar in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
