How it works

We offer three, six, and twelve-month fixed length First Nibs gift subscriptions. Each month, we send two exclusive micro-batch bars and a third Raaka bar from our current collection that pairs perfectly with the theme of the month. Each month's bars are delivered in our First Nibs shipper with a welcome card and tasting notes from our Head Chocolate Maker, Nate Hodge. If you'd like, we'll even include a handwritten gift note; just select the gift note option at checkout!

We ship every batch on or around the 15th of the month. If you order between the 1st and 15th, your order will ship on the 15th; if you order between the 15th and the end of the month, your order will ship out within 2 business days. In general, you will always receive the FN box from the month you ordered in. Be sure to enter the receiver's address for shipping and we'll take care of the rest.
Gift card recipients

If you have received a First Nibs gift card as a gift, please select either the 3, 6 or 12 month plan based on the gift card notation. Then, enter the redemption code on the card in the discount box at checkout. Complete your order and you'll have signed up for your subscription plan! You'll be receiving chocolate in no time.

We make uncommonly delicious chocolate that captures the brighter, bolder, and fruitier side of cacao. We make every bar from scratch with unroasted cacao beans, transparently sourced from growers we trust and admire. Made from bean-to-bar in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
