We designed this dress for both form and function with a gently curving neckline, mandarin collar, three-quarter length sleeves with a vent for easy rolling, and on-seam pockets ... and lots and lots of box pleats, (because there’s something really pleasing about a lot of fabric that doesn’t always look like a lot of fabric).
