This gourmet banno (meaning all-purpose in Japanese) dashi is packed with umami-rich ingredients that will make your food come alive. While it is best known as a base for flavorful soup broth, it also shines as a seasoning for a wide variety of foods.
To prepare: Add a packet of Banno Dashi Soup Broth to 1.5 cups of water and heat to a  simmer. Continue simmering for a few minutes, and remove the packet prior to serving.
