Our Ren Kimono is inspired by the antique Japanese Sakiori pieces in our archive. We tried to capture the look of the mixed strips of reclaimed fabrics in these pieces by dyeing yarns to multiple levels of indigo and twisting them together, grounding them with a natural yarn.
