Description
Southern pitmasters elevate the flavors of grilled meats by adding sweet and spicy seasonings to their salt-based rubs. Ours combines California garlic and onion and dark brown cane sugar with black, red and cayenne peppers. Applewood smoke and hops lend a smokehouse-style finish. Rub onto meat or poultry, then grill, roast, broil or pan-fry as usual.
