The Cave Reversible is one of Rivers newest pour overs that can control the taste of coffee and bring the acidity and bitterness closer to the ideal balance by simply turning the face over. The secret is two different rib structures on the front and back.
Side A: Twelve thick and short ribs can be extracted slowly, and the sourness of beans with strong acidity can be alleviated.
Side B: 24 thin, long and short rib extraction makes the drip speed a little faster, and reduces bitterness. Recommended for people who do not like strong bitter coffee.
The Cave Pour Over is cleverly partnered with the Pond Holder (included). This compact holder can be folded to neatly fit inside your cup for easy storage.

Core Coffee Press Glass Beaker

After 3 years, Rivers has evolved their original Hoop Coffee Press to only feature one filter instead of three, to create the Hoop Mono. This change has not only made cleaning easier but also makes a cleaner coffee. Even with a fine grind, the 'monofilter' presses the coffee further than a conventional coffee press filter, leaving less grinds and greater taste in your cup.
In the 3-sheet filter, it was necessary to remove the screw attached to the plunger and separate all parts for washing, but the new model can be washed without disassembling.

Tip : Once you’ve added 15g of coarse cafetiere ground coffee, add only 45g / 45ml of boiling water and leave for 30 seconds, this process is called ‘blooming’ and allows the coffee to de - gas produc ing a better flavoured brew , th en continue to add the remaining water.
As a quick guide , add hot water in line with the top of the metal base which is around 45ml.
