With the wide range of seating shells in veneer and in HiRek and numerous bases, the GUBI Bar Stool allows a unique and personal expression for both the private home or restaurant. The furniture design has been awarded in several prestigious design awards and is included in the permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. Taking its utility from the classic tractor, the seat is made from vacuum-formed thermoplastic and an injection-moulded resin for a UV-protected finish suitable for outdoor use. The stool also shines in the workplace, with its powder-coated tubular steel frame for a robust construction. To achieve this seamless, integrated look, a new and innovative solution for gathering the seat with the legs has been developed. The curved plastic seat and frame of oak, walnut or steel are naturally integrated with the seat using a unique cup system. The plastic seat and wood or steel legs meet elegantly, accentuating the high quality craftsmanship and the simplicity of the Scandinavian furniture design. Form is a modern armchair with a minimalistic expression.

The slender steel frame gives the chair a minimalistic expression, while the round upholstered seat with the dot at the center, makes it fresh, modern and optionally colourful. Despite a minimal look, the Time Bar Stool is both incredible stabile and strong which make the stool a natural fit for restaurants, bars and hotels. However, the Time Bar Stool also functions well in a dynamic workspace environment or at home at the kitchen counter. The seat and button comes in fabric or leather and can be personalised by mixing materials and colours. The frame is available in chrome or black painted steel.
