Description
This chocolate is made with a blend of cacao nibs that are aged in bourbon whiskey barrels from High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. This process provides subtle notes of charred White American Oak and light hints of bourbon whiskey. It's not so much a whisky-flavored chocolate as it is a chocolate that tastes a bit "softer around the edges" and has a pleasant aroma and aftertaste.
