Yin Hao Jasmine from Leaves and Flowers. A rich green Fujian tea that is picked in early Spring and stored until the jasmine blossoms are ready in late Summer. The fresh jasmine blossoms are picked and then scattered overtop of the tea leaves. The tea leaves absorb the aromatic oils of the jasmine flowers.
