henry is a classic 1950s-era jean fit with a relaxed, tapered leg and a waist that sits just above the hip. perfect over a boot or cuffed with your favorite sneakers.
sewn from a gorgeous 14oz black denim woven on the original 1950's Draper X3 looms restored by Vidalia Mills. the fabric has a pure black hue that fades with time and circumstance. every inch of this fabric directly reflects the hard work that it takes to maintain manufacturing in the United States.
the fit

henry sits right on the hips. it's relaxed through the thigh and knee. size 31 has a 16 1/2" leg opening. please refer to the size chart for specs according to each size.
runs large, size down for a fitted look
we advise starting in a comfortable fit, as you can expect both some give with wear and shrinkage when washed in cold water.
each jean is patterned, cut, and sewn in the USA from 14oz Vidalia Mills selvage denim.

HOW WE MEASURE

first off, grab a pair of your favorite jeans a measuring tape, and find a flat surface to measure on. lay your jeans out flat, smoothing out the fabric to remove all slack. note: double each measurement (except inseam and rise) to correspond with the chart below.
waist : the width of the waistband, from left edge to right edge.
front rise : the length from the bottom of the crotch seam to the top edge of the front of waistband, above the button.
thigh : starting 1” below the crotch seam, the width of the leg.
leg opening : the circumference of the opening at the bottom hem.
inseam : following the inside-leg seam, the length from the crotch seam to the bottom of hem.
