THE JEAN

our first women’s fit, made with the intent for women to be able to wear a jean that encourages the acceptance and celebration of their bodies.
carrie's grandmother, imogene, had a great personal style: a mix of elegance and practicality. so it's fitting that imogene's namesake jean mixes 1940s traditions, with more feminine styles from the 70s.
THE WASH

inspired by a decades-old, time-worn vintage pair pulled from our archive. we worked carefully to develop a wash that perfectly reflects the rich patina typically achieved only through daily wear and regulated washing.
a washed jean with warm aged tones, berkley is finished by hand and sanded to reflect the abrasions and broken-down highlights that come with every day living.
THE FIT

imogene is a true mid rise with a straight, stovepipe leg with a 13.5" opening.

HOW WE MEASURE

every body is different. we know how hard it can be to find the right jean when shopping online, but rest assured—we’re here to help.
first thing's first, you’ll be measuring your body, not your other clothes. we’ve found it’s the easiest way to find what size is best for you. we recommend measuring in front of a mirror, directly against your skin, and keeping the measuring tape taut.
natural waist : the smallest part of your body’s waistline, not necessarily where your jeans will fall.
hip : the fullest part of your body below your waistband and above the knee.
we recommend selecting your size based off the measurements below.
