When we saw this jacket in person, we just couldn't say no. Sashiko is a soft spot for us (and just about every other denim head in the world. We think this 11oz one wash sashiko fabric lends to the Type 2 Jacket. It's light enough to wear as a second layer and throw something even heavier over the top. The texture on sashiko is unlike anything else in the world of heritage. The layers create texture that will fade with highs and lows that will make peaks and valleys jealous.

There is a little bit of extra length in this piece, so you don't have to worry about it being to short above the waistline.
