Description

Inspired by the full moon, the mouth-blown opaline globe served as the starting point for noted designer Gino Sarfatti’s iconic 1959 series, Le Sfere. As a wall light in a choice of large or small sphere, it’s held by a steel ring mount in either black or champagne finish. Now known as Model 237/1 and 238/1, it has been reissued by Copenhagen-based Astep—founded by the late designer’s grandson, Allessandro, and produced in Italy.

Sector Single Wide

Simple in its design, but not in its functionality. Danish designer Søren Rose was commissioned to design the Walker Lamp for The Silo – a former grain tower converted into apartments and public space in Copenhagen. In each of the 40 units, one will find the brass Walker Lamp. It takes a special wall lamp to be a part of a city's urban revolution. The versatility of the lamp is what makes it most unique: position it to shine a light upwards towards the ceiling, against the ceiling to cast a warm glow or simply straight down to shine a light as you read. Offering direct as well as ambient light, the lamp's adjustable head feature an opal diffuser and dimmer function that effortlessly alters the volume of light.
