The Norm 03 lamp shade originally took shape in Britt Kornum's hands and was hung above her dining table. After much encouragement from her friends and acquaintances, Britt eventually contacted Normann Copenhagen.
Normann Copenhagen fell for the shade straight away, thanks to its organic and very alive-looking form. When the lamp is turned on, it casts a shadow on the ceiling that reinforces the 'alive' impression. Two long foil strips fold in and out of each other in a snake-like pattern, creating, in their own way, order from chaos.

This Josef Hoffmann Table Lamp was designed in Austria in 1920.  It features a brass base and white Murano glass shade.
Josef Hoffman was born in Pirnitz, Moravia (now the Czech Republic) in 1870. He studied under Otto Wagner at the Institute of Fine Arts in Vienna and later went on to become one of the founding members of the School of Secession in 1897. The strict grid pattern that formed the basis for his designs, as well as being a favored decorative motif, earned him the nickname “Quadrull H Hoffman” or Little Square Hoffman. His work for the Weiner Werkstatte was a pivotal element in the development of a European tradition of decorative modern design, to which the Parisian Art Deco of the 1920s provided a continuation of this standard.
